Hi, I’m Michael Cronin from San Antonio, TX. My wife and kids keep life lively, and they remind me to build systems that last.

A Career Built on Change
I began my career in the Washington, DC area, working at Betis Group as a Web Master building websites for small businesses. From there, I joined Case Design and Case Handyman Services, where I expanded into systems administration and discovered my passion for product management and delivery.

At Case, I helped develop Case Redhouse, an early SaaS platform built in the 2000s to support our franchise network. The system rivaled what tools like XactAnalysis and Symbility offer today, long before SaaS became standard. That experience taught me how thoughtful design and reliable infrastructure can shape a business for years to come.

When I returned home to San Antonio, I joined WellMed, helping scale secure enterprise systems. Later, at IAS Claim Services, I led software development and product strategy initiatives, guiding teams to align technology with business goals and customer needs.
